WMAP Spacecraft

A collection of photos, DXF files, and profiles in EPS format that were used as source material to create three copies of WAMP publicity models. The EPS files are scaled to 1/8th the actual size of the Spacecraft.

This model was created before final construction of the spacecraft, so there are minor differences. Note: for maximum authenticity, the top of the shield had two triangualr areas of non-reflective black paint added while at the launch site. these were placed in front of the bays containing the star trackers to minimize confusing reflections.
